Teachers

Education is the building block of society, and Teachers are the most valuable component of Education. Primary Teachers have a big Curriculum to cover, not to mention all their additional Teacher responsibilities.

Some Teachers have a passion for sport, others a passion for the arts, society, the environment, etc. Teachers are professionals at teaching so if they are given the tools they can teach anything. . . including sports.

‍At SSME we have prioritised 2 objectives :
1. Give Teachers a tool to leverage their skills to conduct great PDHPE and sport activities.
2. Achieve Objective 1 while also giving Teachers back time for their other responsibilities.

Students & Parents

Young girls and boys love playing and being active, but the data shows the majority of children do not get enough exercise.

Being a parent is costly, so finding the money for school sports programs can be difficult.

SSME can create;
✓      More Active Time for primary students.
✓      Reduce costs of sport programs by 90%.
✓      Make good sport programs available to 100% of students irrespective of their colour, heritage, religion, parents wealth, and postcode.

Our SSME Team

SSME is a product developed by Australians for Australians, and owned by an Australian company called Sideline Sports Australia (SSA).

Anthony Bennett (CEO and a Director of SSA) has 3 partners in SSA, and they all share the passion of giving all children access to an active lifestyle.

The SSME Directors have over 80 years combined experience in sports coaching industries, and currently have well over 100,000 Australian children participating in sporting programs they facilitate.

SSA has spent almost 5 years working with School Teachers and Principals, plus sports coaching experts, to develop the SSME App.

We have the experience and resources to work very effectively with all stake holders in public education.
Anthony is “hands-on” with SSME and looks forward to engaging with those who share similar goals (pun intended).
